LOS CHURROS

A churros or tejeringos - spanish doughnuts.
It is a fried - dough pastry - predominantly choux. It's a mixture of flour, water and salt, but you can also add a little of lemon or vanil sugar. It is something similar to turkish tulumba just without sugar - sweet syrup.
They are very popular in Spain, the Philippines, Portugal, Latin America, US, but the french people are simply crazy for them. 
You can find them at the street vendors.
You can eat them with sugar , but they are great with hot chocolate and a cup of coffee.
