...SHE

She enjoys asking herself silly questions about this world or the landscape that spreads under her eyes......
Like to look for things that no one else catches......
Looking back at the audience in a dark theater.....
Dipping fingers into a sack of grain......
Cracking the top of creme brulee......

She is taken by a strange feeling of  complete harmony with herself. All is perfect in that instant, the softness of the light, this little perfume in the air, the quiet noise of the town.Life seems then so simple and clear like an impulse of love.......A perfect moment

Here are some of her works :
NATO  watercolor project 2004-2008 , where she use NATO's codification system  and in that way describe and classify large parts of the world around us. In the book she presents items like animals, battleships, perfume, musical instruments which are represented in a way so that they can be used by the Military.

World is here a place which is animated by strange forces, powers and beliefs. As a part of this, she made a wall drawing A Timeline of Science From Fiction Inventions: Weapons, Warfare and Security.  Draws up a history documenting of imaginary and fantastic military technology. She draws schemes of the connected circles of the tree of life from the Jewish mystical traditions of the Kabala.

In one of them she believed that she works in the 21th century as a researcher at the Institute of Milltronics and Advanced Time Interventionality.  In 2058 she dies and leaves her costumes, time travelling diary , her home in Bavaria and much of her research to Institute, which , in gratitude make a virtual tour about Rosalind.
The most recent work is HEXEN 2.0.  This work is presented in the exhibition Grimoire du future. The work is made like a set of tarot cards which picture people, companies, agencies, concepts. Like inspirations  for the cards she used conventional Tarot Marseille. But here the subject is historical. Every card present the most significant historical moments which changed the course of 20th century. That can be a person, idea or event. Her thinking are illustrated like cartoon drawing and she used also a handwritten text.
In this cards You can find John von Neuman- mathematician, Margaret Mead - anthropologist, Theodore Kaczynski ( Unabomber ) , Timothy Leary - psychologist, Nikola Tesla - scientist, Richard Stallman  - software freedom activist and programmer, Hannah Arendt - political theorist. Other cards present intelligence agencies, drugs, LSD, hippie community, develop of Internet, movements, important historical events like Macy Conferences.
She also made five maps, historical diagrams which function as the key to the project and which show how we can fit cards into a bigger picture.
The body of she's art is developing of cybernetics, history of Internet, interconnected histories of the counterculture. Main theme of her work is control - social, technological, medial. The way in which she has developed and still do that through new stuffs like electronic ID cards or biometric passport. We are like in a some closed place and Big Brother watch us and make the moves.
Within the exhibition, the cards are presented in a big form. You can play with them and travel through the past, present and future, learn about different thinking, events, movements, persons. In that way you can make bigger picture about the world.
Do a reading with the cards, deal them and open your mind to what emerges.

Belfort is also home of oldest tattoo convention in France.

Other symbols of Belfort are also Brimbul, a kind of drink concocted from sparkling wine with splash of gin and blueberry.
The Belfore is a type of cake with raspberries, meringue-topped almonds and hazelnuts.
And of corse, nothing without french chocolate.
